FAQ
How do I pay?
Cash only, through the ECF team. Contact an authorised ECF representative during office hours (Mon–Fri, 09:00–16:00) and keep your Registration Number and proof of payment.
When does my ticket appear?
As soon as the ECF confirms your payment on the system. Check your status any time with your Registration Number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No. Show the QR code on your phone at the venue. You'll receive a wristband after it is scanned.
Can I share my QR code?
No. Each QR code can only be processed once. Screenshots shared with others will be rejected at the gate.
Can I leave and come back?
Yes, as long as you keep your wristband on. Wristbands are scanned for re-entry.
